Letter J

So this week we spent a lot of time over at Confessions of a Homeschooler.    I also tried to plan some science activities that introduced the 5 senses.  We got through a few of them.  (The plans of those are on the downloaded version below)

J is for Jelly Fish!

(Wednesday)- Make a jellyfish

J is for Jelly Beans!

(Wednesday) - Jelly bean graphing (Love this activity!  It did take some self control not to each the jelly beans but my little guy had so much fun with it and wanted to do it over and over!)

(Monday)- J for jelly beans!  My 18 month old was having a hard time not eating the jelly beans... she would glue them on then pop them right in her mouth... glue and all!  Maybe an activity I would recommend for 2 and up!

(Wednesday)- Pom pom jelly beans

(Wednesday)- Jelly bean Number matching (LOVED this activity!  I did have to assist at first until he got the hang of it.)

(Wednesday) Jelly bean hopscotch- Not sure I would have done this activity if I really thought it through.  I took 10 pages of to color copy and then laminate.  That's like $2 for this activity.  I probably would have skipped it if I thought it through.

J is for Jaguar!

(Friday)- Color page- Jaguar

J is for Jesus-

(Monday)- Prewriting page

(Friday)- Pattern page

J is for Jumping!

(Monday)- Jumping on letter j's! They had SOO much fun with this!  Oh my word... like 45 minutes of straight jumping!  They had great naps that day!
